Detectors/Limiters
Mercury Systems' Mica Detector product line includes a broad range of proven designs that extend from 500 MHz to 18.0 GHz. These detectors are offered
with three different device types; tunnel, biased Schottky, and zero bias Schottky. All models are realized in specially designed modules with full
function circuitry including DC returns and RF bypass capacitors. Each and every module is 100% screened to verify reliability and performance. This
screening includes; pre-cap inspection, stabilization bake, final electrical, and final visual and mechanical inspection. We have the facility to build and
screen these devices to various military standards such as MIL-STD-883.
Tunnel Diode Detectors

Schottky Detectors

- Moderate Temperature Stability
- High Temperature Rating to +125°C
Zero Bias Schottky Detectors
- Good Sensitivity at Zero Bias, Extended Dynamic Range
- Suitable for RF Power Monitoring and Instrumentation

PIN DIODE LIMITERS
Mica Microwave's standard limiters are available in the same high quality packages and configurations as the detectors. These devices provide protection to
sensitive microwave components such as mixers, detectors, and amplifiers. The standard units provide protection up to 100 watts peak with fast recovery
time (100 nanoseconds maximum), while holding leakage power to +20 dBm maximum.
